Ololade Aje, one of our High School Too Policy Fellows, has something uncomfortable to say to our political leaders. “You cannot be shocked that gender-based violence continues to grow when you refuse to sustainably invest in the very spaces where the people most impacted spend most of their time: publicly funded schools.”

Ontario’s education system is a symbol of our province’s promise, but many students have expressed clear concern that the policies in Bill 33, Supporting Children and Students Act, 2025, will not enhance the student experience or pathways to success.
